CM Raman Singh flags off “Udaan Express” for promoting Urdu Education

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy has launched a program to promote Urdu education across the state. Chief Minister Raman Singh flagged off a hi-tech vehicle “Udaan Express” from his residence on Tuesday.
The vehicle will move across nine districts of the state promoting Urdu education, modern education, and employment-oriented education.
Chief Minister Raman Singh appreciated the efforts by Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy for initiating such an innovative idea to promote Urdu education. He also congratulated the president of the academy Akram Qureshi and all the members for coming up with such an innovative idea.
Chief Minister Raman Singh said that cultural and communal unity among all communities in Chhattisgarh is unmatched in the country. The state, as well as the central government with its welfare schemes, are making all possible efforts for the development of all the sections and communities of the society. He said that work will be done to connect people with welfare schemes during Motivation program in districts.

The vehicle while traveling across the nine districts, will launch motivational programs among children to encourage Urdu teaching, modern education, and employment-oriented education.
The Udaan Express will reach its first spot Jagdalpur on September 6 and the last spot Rajnandgaon on September 13. During the motivational programs in nine districts, information about employment opportunities abroad will be given to those who know the Urdu language.
Programs centered on Urdu poetry and the Urdu language will be presented by Academy president, members, and teachers. Besides the Academy will also distribute books based on the schemes of Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy among the people.
President of Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy, Mohammad Akram Qureshi, Vice President, Shafiq Ahmed and Najma Azim, along with many members of the academy were present in the program.
