Four IIM-R students to participate in Global Investment Banking and Financial Olympiad

Raipur: Four Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM-R) students will represent the institute in 7th Global Investment Banking and Financial Olympiad which is going to be held in London on October 26.
Four final year Post Graduation Programme in Management (PGP) students including Abhilash Kethipeli Reddy, Akshay Chaturvedi, Bhavya Chhawchharia, and Devank Nagelia will participate in the final presentation round. The students will present and pitch their valuation to the board of Olympiad jury.
The three-staged Olympiad is organized by Global Banking Training, London, in association with GreenSea Capital which works in various sectors including education.
Every year more than 5000 candidates from across the globe participate in the Olympiad where they put their valuation skills to test. The winners of the competition are elected and invited for the award ceremony along with a cash reward of 1000 Euros.
The students are being mentored by IIM-R Assistant Professor Prof. Yogesh Chauhan who is providing his continuous guidance and support for the preparation and subsequent stages of the competition.
This is not the first time the team has achieved such a marvelous feat. The team has been excelling in numerous national and international eminent competitions and people from diverse backgrounds which include Part-Qualified Actuary, Equity Research Analyst, and Bankers.
