In this regard earlier Bilaspur Police launched a Raksha team helpline number—a toll-free helpline number for women—registered on every social media including Twitter and Facebook. The motive of the campaign was not to create any record but to reach out the women in the district and aware them about the helpline number. . Many senior officials along with officials of UNDP and the citizens of the district attended the awarding ceremony.
