Kathakaar’s Karvaan reaches Bhilai…
The Open Mic and Storytelling Duo remained the center of attraction at the Flea Fair held in Bhilai

Such has been the journey of Raipur’s most loved open mic-storytelling duo Karvaan and Kathakaar. In a short span of less than even 2 years, the duo has made its own community of artists ranging from Poets, Storytellers, Singers, Rappers, Standup Comedians and the art lovers in and around Raipur.
While Karvaan-The poetry slam has already done more than 25 volumes in Raipur, it was their second edition in Bhilai. On the other hand, Kathakaar has successfully organized 6 volumes in Raipur and this was their launch in Bhilai. The event was organized as a part of the Flea Fair held in Madhu Kamini Park, Bhilai and was instantly the center of attraction for everyone around; be it kids, youngsters or even the elderly.
In the story nook gathered all story and poetry enthusiasts engrossed in the magic weaved by rhythm and words. The team looks forward to further stretch its reach to other cities across Chhattissgarh in near future. In conversation with Chhattisgarh Times, the co-founders and organizers Sourabh Tiwari and Shrishti Trivedi expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards everyone associated with Karvaan and Kathakaar.
