CHHATTISGARH TIMES:RAIPUR : With senior cabinet minister Brijmohan Agrawal urging media to hush the naxal attacks, it comes at the heels of party spokesperson terming it as a minor incident,Congress has taken the BJP head on by saying that insensitivity of the ruling party has come to a point of no return. Agrawal’s words comes at a time when only yesterday 2jawans laid down their lives in the line of duty and a cameraman lost his life in the crossfire,today morning another jawan succumbed to his injuries. Spokesperson for congress,Sushil Shukla said in the 15 years of BJP “misrule” apart from hollow promises nothing has been done and it’s the anxiety and confusion of the Chief Minister at the fag end of his term that showed in an urgently called upon meeting to hasten things up. He alleged that BJP had no proper guidelines or blueprint to tackle this red menace which has now spread to 14 districts of the state,lack of political will and putting up farce show of sympathy has been the order of the day.
Sushil Anand Shukla also reiterated that the utter failure of the government needs to be focussed in limelight instead of covering up things that BJP is up to.
He said that the human massacre of Darbha valley where frontline congress leaders were brutally killed by naxalites was also not seriously noted by the government, instead it remained almost a silent spectator promising of no further incidents.
All these, Shukla attributed to the corruption that has been BJP ‘s better partner in all these years for embezzlement of the huge funds that has been allocated for Left Wing Extremism(LWE) hit areas.
